Account & Data Deletion Request

BryngUp LLC provides this self-service web portal to allow any user to request the complete deletion of their account and associated personal data without requiring the app to be installed.

⚠️ Warning: Irreversible Action Requesting account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, you will permanently lose access to your profile, saved preferences, ride history, ratings, and active balances. This is not a temporary suspension or pause.

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

User Profile: Full name, email address, phone number, and profile photos.
Authentication Credentials: Passwords, security tokens, and account access keys.
Location & Routes: Real-time geolocation data, saved places, and historical GPS trip paths.
Payment References: Linked payment methods and stored card tokens.
Ratings & Reviews: User comments, driver feedback, and internal satisfaction ratings.
Driver-Specific Data (if applicable): Vehicle photos, uploaded inspection forms, and driver license images.

Data That May Be Retained & Why

Statutory Accounting & Invoices: Basic transaction receipts and payment amounts retained to comply with legal, tax, and financial reporting regulations (State of Florida and US federal tax laws).
Fraud Prevention & Safety Logs: Disputed transaction records and safety violation reports, retained strictly for legitimate dispute defense and safety enforcement.
Retention Duration: Retained strictly for the duration mandated by applicable statutory law (typically up to 5-7 years for financial records), after which they are permanently purged.

Identity Verification & Processing Timeline

Submit Request: Fill out the request form below with the exact email address or phone number registered with your BryngUp account. No app download or in-app login is required.

Identity Confirmation: To protect account owners against unauthorized deletion requests, our support team will send a verification confirmation link or security code to the registered email address or phone number on file.

Permanent Deletion: Once verified, your account and all associated personal data will be irrevocably deleted across our databases and servers within 30 calendar days.
